Yesterday I shared that I am now designing Impression Obsession Dies — Weee!! Thank you for all your wonderful comments about the news, and the die designs! I’ve been having a ball designing all kinds of new dies, and am having just as much fun creating with them!
Today is the second day of a three day Spring Die Release Celebration for Impression Obsession, and I hope you enjoy the inspiration! All of the new dies you see on our celebration posts over the next three days are available now on the Impression Obsession website, where you can see the full release.
The first project I am sharing today features four die sets from the release. I started with the Crazy Stitched Set (DIE797-YY) and created a warm background, inked with various colors of brown ink. Notice the addition of some zig zag stitching on the right side of the panel, and some wacky back and forth stitching on the left. Fun! Next, I die cut the Milk Can (DIE796-C) from heavy white 110lb cardstock and colored the shape with light purple and blue alcohol markers, and then added lots of age with various brown inks.
I used the tree branches from the Sheep Birds and Tree (DIE795-N) set as the trailing foliage, then piled on loads of die cut flowers and leaves that I created with Stitched Flower Bouquet (DIE806-ZZ) from watercolor paper, and painting the shapes lots of pretty colors.
For the second project I’m sharing today, I used the Stitched Tag (DIE798-Y), Pinked Stitched Sentiment Banners (DIE814-U), Stitched Flower Bouquet (DIE806-ZZ), and Thanks (DIE807-G) to create a tag. This is a quick and easy project to put together, and I was able to use some of the left-over pieces from my floral card.
Find all the details on this amazing release on the Impression Obsession Blog.
I will be giving away one $25 gift certificate, drawn at random from comments left on my Spring Die Release posts (there will be three posts - a comment on all three posts means you will have three chances to win the gift certificate!) Comments will remain open until Noon Pacific on Saturday, April 6th. The winner will be announced on my blog and the Impression Obsession blog on Monday, April 8th.
For a wonderful dose of inspiration, pop on over to the Impression Obsession Blog for a complete list of designers participating in this event. Enjoy the inspiration!

Hi Anna!
The floral bouquet is out of this world! I love that you put trailing greenery on it like a real bouquet. I had trailing Mock Orange branches in my first wedding bouquet.
Your cards should all come with frames so they can be wall art!
Cheers!
