To create today’s card, I used the gorgeous new Shore Heron (G16402) image. The great blue heron is one of my favorite wild birds, so using this image is a joy! I stamped the image in black Stazon ink on watercolor paper and painted the background with a mix of Alizarin Crimson and Phthalo Turquoise watercolor pigments.

Ooo, I like this heron silhouette image and your background! The herons have just returned to our area. They hang around here for about a month before moving on. Very cool!
