Welcome to Day 2 of the Impression Obsession 2014 Spring Release Designer Hop! I hope you have time to participate in the hop. Beautiful projects will be shared AND gift certificates will be given away each day this week on the IO blog! The hop will start each day at the Impression Obsession Blog at 6am EST with a list of participants on for the day. Find all the details of the hop there.
For today's project, I chose to use Single Bloom Rose Stem and Glass Bottle to create my card. I started by stamping the bottle and rose images in VersaMark ink on heavy watercolor paper. I heat embossed the stamped images using an irridescent embossing powder. I painted the image using various colors of Stampin' Up re-inkers. I dressed up the panel with some die cut butterflies that I glittered up with ultra fine glitter. And as a final touch, I added a pretty pink button tied up with cream hemp twine.
Thanks for visiting!! Now, scoot on along to see what the other designers have shared for today!
Today’s hop list!

This oh so gorgeous! I love watercolor anyway, but the colors on this are really beautiful. I don't know if I love the jar/water or the intense yellow-orange against the green leaves combo best. I'll just sit here and stare at it a loooooong time to try to figure it out. ha =)
