Here's to the new year; may it bring you joy! Here's a sweet Valentine card I made, featuring Twiggy! The image is stamped on heavy watercolor paper in black StazOn ink and painted with various colors of Stampin' Up re-inkers. I added a bit of sparkle to the image with a 2-Way Glue Pen and ultra fine glitter.
