Big news! I'm gettin' stamp happy with the girls of the Impression Obsession design team! A new challenge is being shared today, and I hope you join the fun! The challenge topic is "Inspired by a Quote".
I was inspired to use the I'll Be Home sentiment, since just this week I purchased my plane ticket for my trip up to Washington for the Christmas holiday. And, since I totally LOVE snowmen, I chose to use A Bump in the Snow image which reminds me of winters spent playing in the snow with my sister and brother.
The image is colored with Touch Twin markers and I used various shades of brown Distress Ink to ink the edges of the stamped panels. So toasty looking, don't you think!? The image is accented with Studio G glitter glue, and I used some little snowflake embellishments to add a bit of sparkle. (They look silver in the photo, but they're actually clear with a silver lining on the backside.)
Find all the details on how to enter the challenge on the Impression Obsession Blog. A random challenge entry will be selected to showcase on the IO blog and you can to enter to win a $25 gift certificate to IO just by playing!
Now, get ready for a wonderful dose of inspiration and check out what the other team members created for the challenge. Have fun!!

Well, I too love the toasty warmth of your precious card! You make things seem so in sync in their space; does that make sense??!! It all just goes together well is what I'm trying to say!
I love hearing that you will be "home" for Xmas. That makes me happy for the rest of the day! I know how much you love to be there. I hope you have the most wonderful time with family, and a big hug to your Dad for me; and Mom too! They have a special treasure in YOU.

Congratulations to you on making the team! And your card is so cute--cracks me up that one lost its head :) Even though snowpeople are adorable, I am NOT looking forward to the icky cold weather we're getting this weekend in north TX.

What a delightful card! Your coloring, blending and shading is breathtaking. I was hoping you'd be going home for Christmas - I'll bet your folks are as elated as you are. Safe travels, my friend.
