This is why I love wheelie bugs. They eat grasshoppers and caterpillars off of my plants in the garden! Any bug eating bug is welcome in the garden. Especially wheelie bugs!
Look how this one is hanging by its two back legs, like a trapees artist, while using its beak to suck the guts out of that awful tobacco horn worm! That's coooool! ;)

ewww! But a "good" ewww!! haven't seen any worms on our tomatoes yet, sure they've just found great hiding spots!! LOVE the posts...

I love the balance between adorable posts (baby skunks) and gross posts (bugs and guts). LOL!
Happy Friday!

WOW! Wheelie bugs must have to go potty a lot! with all the other bugs they eat..... they are just little bugs themselves. There should be a government study about that...everyone that thinks that's a good idea stick your hand up! That's probably a bad idea, I haven't had my morning coffee yet so I may be off a bit. But it's only 52 degrees this morning. That is something to be happy about! Love, Dad

Oh my gosh that worm is disgusting and a bug that sucks it's guts out sounds worse. I wouldn't make it as a farmer! Love your garden stories and pics.
