This week the High Hopes blog challenge is all about green... I chose to use several older High Hopes images to create a springtime scene. What's not to love about a top-hat wearing piggy!?
I used a combination of Shinhan Twin Touch markers and Copic markers to color the images. He just makes me chuckle ... he's just so ... naked!
I was asked recently how I photograph my cards for sharing on my blog. I thought it would be easy enough to snap a photo of my desk while I took photos of today's project. I place two sheets of patterned paper on my desk to create a simple staging area. I place the card or project at a slight angle to the camera and use two inexpensive desk lamps to light up my workspace. I use Reveal bulbs in the lamps. It works for me!
Join the fun here!

He's is adorable! Love the scene behind him! Love your staging area too. I use a light box, but lately I am finding I am not getting the results I want and I need more lighting so thanks for the look at your space!

That made me laugh when you said he's so . . . naked! Don't you think the fact that he's so plump makes him look that much more naked?! Tee hee! Beautiful background scene, and I love the plaid paper.

A nice scene, it reminds me of our mushroom hunting trips in the spring. I hear pigs are good at finding truffles. It also reminds me of myself after a pizza and popcorn with a big rootbeer and a movie! Stuffed!............ Love, Dad

Adorable, would that be considered a *Pork-
Pie-Hat*? Green is a hard color for me, right up there with blue! Odd, huh! :)
