We had Alan's parents, sister, and nephew over for a nice steak dinner tonight. I fixed this recipe for dessert and served it in little individual pie shells. Pretty good! Sorry, no photos...
Peanut Butter Pie (no bake)
4 ounces (1/2 package) cream cheese
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) package frozen whipped topping (thawed)
8 (3-inch) prepared graham cracker crusts OR 1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker or cookie crust
Directions:
Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar; mix well. Add peanut butter and milk; mix until smooth. Fold in thawed whipped topping. Spoon into eight 3-inch graham cracker pie shells, or into one 9-inch graham cracker (or cookie) crust and freeze until firm. Serve directly from the freezer.
hubby will love this..but not me...not a rich peanut butter person...hee hee..

I was almost afraid to look after I saw the title ... I had visions of one of the critters with peanut butter, somehow, stuck in places where peanut butter should not be!
The recipe sounds yummy and it will be a good one to try for an upcoming BBQ party we are having.

Oh good heavens Anna! What's NOT to love about this recipe!!! You are so funny! I'm glad you posted though - peanut butter was one of my Dad's favorites and your post brought back a flood of memories of him. Thank you!
