Hello, hello! I'm in northeastern Washington visiting family for the Christmas holiday. The weather has been a bit different than the Christmas weather we had last year! There are a few inches of snow on the ground, but it has been warm enough to be raining rather than snowing. Last year, I remember seeing several feet of snow accumulate in just a few days -- that was really something!
The deer and the wild turkeys still visit the yard daily. I need to get out there and snap some photos.
Mom and I started crafting last night. Aunt Lorraine gave Mom a fun holiday tree napkin pattern so we were busily stitching up some of those, just for fun. No photos yet, but I'll see about posting some shortly.
I've been able to visit with a couple of friends from high school. It is amazing how quickly time passes. This upcoming summer we celebrate our 20 year reunion...it doesn't quite feel like so many years have passed.
The rest of the week promises fun and laughter with family, and I'm looking forward to it!
Alan is home on the farm taking care of the critters. He'll spend Christmas with his parents, and there's no doubt they'll have a wonderful Christmas dinner. I look forward to the same, when I get back to Texas. *grin*
Have a wonderful time with your holiday preparations!

Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy New Year! Enjoy!!

Enjoy your Christmas with your family, Anna
up here in the PacNW. We have the same weather just across the border, rain, rain and more rain. I guess it will be a green
Christmas this year. Merry Christmas to you.

I'm VERY happy that you are in the PNW with your family! (but I wish Alan could be there, too!) Glad the weather is OK, and hope you have the most wonderful time! I wish I had some females to craft with, especially family! And especially ones as talented as your Mom and Aunt!!! You all make such WONDERFUL things...can't wait to see the pics!
My 3rd son got here today, ahead of the bad weather that is supposed to start tomorrow. Whew! I'm so glad to have him here. One other will be here Sat. with the grandsons. I can't wait to have most of us together on Saturday! Unfortunately, they are all guys coming, except for one...sheesh!
Winter hugs to you, have a GREAT time, and I hope Santa is good to you! :D

Hey Anna, I'm wishing you a Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year! I remember last years post. It had the wonderful felt ornies that you & mom made. I also seem to remember that you had a photo of your mom's chicken house and there was so much snow she could hardly get to it? something like that. I'm glad they don't have as much this year. Take care and Merry ho ho to all
Hugs

Have a wonderful time with family. Don't wish too hard for snow. You don't want to get stuck and unable to get back to TX, Alan and the critters on time:) Looking forward to seeing the fun stuff you and your crafty family are up too. hugs...

Yay! Welcome to the "neighborhood" (although several hours away). I remember all those pics you posted last year of the PILES of snow at your parents' place! We have no snow here but have been getting rain too.
Have a great time with your family! Tell them hello from their mutual admiring friend of Pat McManus in Walla Walla.
