I have never seen Betsy looking so fabulous! Love the bees stamped on the card base and the beautiful designer paper and ribbon/button combo too!

I love her! I have her too :) I would never let her go :) your card is beautiful.

I just got this set off of E-Bay a few weeks ago. I have not had a chance to use it yet. Love your rendition!

What a great idea to acquire some of the older sets (way before I ever began stamping). I LOVE this image and your outstanding coloring, as always. Too bad SU doesn't carry more images like this one.

I love Betsy the Bee Keeper! You've inspired me to give some love to my treasured old SU stamps...

This is PRECIOUS! I just LOVE the older images, SU had a GREAT artist back then! I miss all those old images, I wish they had someone these days that drew that way!
I Have Nellie, but not sure if I have this one or not...I have bought a lot of the older sets on ebay...they are TOO FUN! And just TOO AWESOME to pass up. Some things are meant to be kept FOREVER! hehehe :D (now if only I'd had enough sense to have bought wild wild west sniff sniff) !!

What black ink are you using for the stamp when you plan on watercoloring the image? Thanks!

Fabulous card as always - I can see why you held on to that stamp set!

What an adorable card! I bet you'll have women scrambling to find this set!!

How cute! I love the backdrop you created for Betsy too!

She's a blast from the past for sure. I have not seen her in years. You painted her fabulously. Love it! TFS

Well if she isn't the Bee's Knees! How sweet, TFS, TGIF, Hugs

Everyone is going to be searching for this set now. Ü AWESOME painting!

I've always liked Betsy, too! Thanks for bringing her back to the spotlight in high style!!

OMG, a blast from the past!! I bought this set right after I became a demo. She was well loved, but sadly sold when she retired to make way for new stuff. Funny that after me being with SU for 10 years, and the many MANY stamps, this is the one set that my husband remembers, although he insists her name is Betty!! haha.

Betsy looks divine Anna. You've made an old set new again!

*sigh* Your coloring makes me so green with envy... this whole card is absolutely fabulous! I often lament the old SU! sets that I got rid of long ago. I'd love to have them back now that I have Copics to color with!

OMG one of the very first SU sets I ever bought and one that I will never ever part with! Love Betsy! I also have Nellie the Nest Lady!!

That is an oldie but goodie. What other sets are you hopin' to acquire?

She doesn't even look like an SU stamp! This is adorable!

Oh my ... Betsy belongs on your shelf!
I've never been lucky enough to snag her myself ... but I can tell that she's lovin' being with you!

~Bev

She is a keeper for sure!!

Your card is lovely. I have this set, and might have to go play with it, it's been neglected for a long time...

i like that bee back ground, is that one of the stamps too? to cute! I like bees as well. I call my little daughter (6) bee..her real name is bailee...so i call her beans or bee! she is a sweety!
