Each month, Splitcoaststampers' Dirty Dozen past and present participate in a little challenge. This month, the challenge was all about H2O! We had to incorporate water into our theme, do a little watercoloring as a technique, and had a limit of two embellishments.
I chose to use the octopus image from my recently released set from Whipper Snapper called Swimmin' By. I stamped the image in Black StazOn ink and painted the image with a water brush and re-inkers. I added some stitching around the edges, punched out some balloons with my Martha Stewart balloon punch, and added to the 3D look by using thread for the balloon strings.

I love your technique Anna. Sure with you'd teach some classes for Sandy ?!! This card is so cute with the little strings on the balloons. Beautiful work...
