We had a storm come through last night. Lots of wind and a bit of rain. Our internet connection was down for a good long while. THANKFULLY, it's back up today and I can post! *grin*
Yesterday in the Crafty Secrets forum on SplitCoast, the challenge theme for the week was "show us your love". I put this card together for the challenge ... but with our internet troubles, wasn't able to post it yesterday. So, today will have to do!
I used a vintage image from the Homemade vintage image booklets, along with several different papers, all from Crafty Secrets. I used the Martha Stewart lace punch for the cute little doily edge. I also used Martha Stewart seam binding ribbon in a pretty watermelon-y red.
I spritzed the card and ribbon with silver craft glitter spray (found in the general crafting section, near the paint). It worked like a charm! I don't think I've used that stuff since I was a kiddo!
