Here's a quick card similar to one I shared last week. Some cute DP, a couple crystal snowflakes, and a sentiment banner. Easy Peasy! The sentiment I used is from my Winter Schminter set for Whipper Snapper. I've been having a great time with that set!
Several of you have asked for an update on our sick hen, Ms Taylor. She's doing remarkably well! She's been on Azithromycin for 6 days, and she's almost 100% again! Her breathing is still "raspy" now and then, so we'll keep her in her ICU area for 4 more days while she finishes off her medication days. Yesterday she started clucking again, which is a great sign! The sun is shining here today, so I carried her out into the sun. We sat in a chair a good distance from the chicken yard. She seemed to enjoy clucking at her friends, and REALLY enjoyed the sunshine on her feathers. I'm so pleased she's making a recovery. I was so upset at the thought of losing her. Just a few more days and she'll be able to join her friends again!
Just stunning! The snowflake and the little flag are so unexpected.

Fabulous card!! I love your colors and the wonderful snowflake accent. The words from your Winter Schminter set are great.
I am happy to hear Ms. Taylor is doing much better, what a relief. I cant believe how involved I am with your animals, lol. I wonder about them all the time, say prayers for them, and really enjoy your reports and photos about them. I am so grateful for the internet! TFS.

Those chicks were so lucky to have come to your farm. Most places they would have just been livestock and not family members who are loved. You have my kind of farm! My husband always says if we had a farm all the animals would die of old age. Ann Lind

I like the banner on the card and the way you bent it up. What is the paper you used with the trees? Little Joys? Thanks for such great inspiration!
