The gals over at the High Hopes blog are hosting weekly challenges, and this week's challenge is to do a bit of sewing on your project. Could be machine sewing, hand sewing, or faux ... there's still time to play along if you'd like! You'll find more details over on the High Hopes blog.
I chose to do a little machine sewing, and some faux sewing too! The stitches around the very edge of the card are the faux stitches ... the lines on the white layer are machine stitches. Crissy's fat little monkey is so cute, and of course, what's a banana without some sparkles!?
Talk about a CUTE monkey and an awesome card, love the two different stitchings you combined! :) Have a great weekend!
