It might be a bit early for a sneak peek using images from my Whipper Snapper November sets, but what the heck! I'm sharing one anyway! *grin*
I was tinkering around with my soldering supplies and made this little 1.5" magnet using a snowman from one of the November sets (ooooo, fun!). I wanted to present the magnet as the centerpiece on a card. It just so happens that the magnets I have are 3/4" diameter. They fit PERFECTLY into a 3/4" punched hole! Snug as a bug! No extra adhesive required! I love it when a plan comes together perfectly!
I added some depth to the punched area by mounted layers on foam tape. This allows the magnet to fit snuggly down into the card.
The paper I used for the card is this years holiday paper from My Mind's Eye. It's so fun and cheery! I saw it at CHA earlier this year and immediately knew it would be part of my stash! ...I'm pretty sure I need more. *grin* I used a small piece of Basic Grey Figgy paper on the backside of the magnet. More great holiday paper, from last year!

What a darling card! I am so fascinated with those 'frig magnets, and this one couldn't be any cuter. That's wonderful that you just poked the magnet in the hole in the card, and it held it tight. Great thinking! Thanks for sharing!

It was an added bonus when I looked at your card and realized I bought the same pattern paper along with four other sheets in the My Mind's Eye collection. The snowman magnet is very cute and a nice added bonus for the person who will get your card.

What a cute idea thanks for the tip on cutting the hole to fit the magnet. I bought a soldering kit but haven't been brave enough to try it yet. Thanks for sharing Ann Lind

And just when I think, yeah I've probably got enough stamps...you come out with more stamps and to top it off, a snowman. Snowmen are a true weakness for me. I absolutely adore that pp from My Mind's Eye. I'll definitely be on the lookout for that. Thanks for sharing!
