inspiration is found on home depot's sight where I can find the paint chips. I like to mix the colours up a little. Or simply from some patterned paper and I match the cardstock.

Anne your photo's the the kittens are precious! Your blog has to be one of my favorites. Thanks for the chance for some yummy candy.

OMGoodness!!!! Anna he is AWESOME!! Don't ya just love to color on kraft cs!! I love him!!!

Love the card. I'm inspired by blogs and magazines. One of my favorites sites (besides yours, of course!) is Twisted Chick Creations.

Count me in. I like to fish! And early happy birthday.

great card, love it... I get inspitration mostly from SCS and all the challenges there.

Hi Anna! I get my inspiration from SCS and blog hopping. I'm constantly amazed and inspired by all the wonderful things I see. Makes me wish I were more right-brained! LOL

Thanks for the chance at the cute blog candy!

I love this card. My husband actually today is out fishing. This would be the perfect stamp for me to send out for the holidays. I get my inspirations from Paper Crafts magazine and also my local Stamp store. The lady that owns the store is amazing and has some great ideas.

Your card is so cute. My son and husband love to fish so this would be a perfect stamp for me. I get most of my inspiration from my favorite blogs, which includes you!
I love you illustrations and have purchased several of your sets from Whipper Snapper. I love how you share some of your "farm life" with us. Thank you so much for all of your beautiful creations that you share with us!

I get most of my inspiration from www.splitcoaststampers.com

Love the sketch and limited supply challenges.

Thanks for the chance to win some really fun blog candy!

Your Santa card is delightful, thanks for the opportunity to win him! I always get my inspiration from the SU! catalog :)

Oh, Anna...this Santa is cute but your coloring is what makes him ADORABLE!!!
I usually start my cards lately by looking at some sketches I drew up for inspiration. Although....they rarely end up exactly like the drawing. LOL. But it's a good starting point!

Anna,
This Santa is adorable. Love the way you colored him. He is ready for some real fishin'. My inspirational place is at my crafting desk...when it's clean. I like to pick out a few items to start with, some times items I have not used in a looooong time, and create from there. Many times I'm overwhelmed with having too many colors of CS, too many tools, and too many mediums to actually complete something.

Take care and STAY POSITIVE!

At first what a great Card :D! When I saw this stamp I know what I'm gonna order next month (can't buy anything more this month) that will be this stamp to make a christmas card for my brother because ever moment when he had time he will gone out fishing ;)

Then I just also want to wish you a happy Birthday and many more years in good healt.

And now the answers for your questions.

The most creative ideas i get from diffrent blogs one of them is the blog from Inge (from holland and als member off HH Design Team and many more Design Teams )
And because of here I just got more and more other blogs I've visit

greetings Ilona

Your site is one of two that I often visit for inspiration! Dawn's Stampin Studio is the other. Both of you are so down to earth and funny! I'm learning a lot! And Lovin' it! Happy Birthday a little early!

Wow just finding out about these stamps they are awesome. My fav inspiration site is SplitCoast Stampers. com
Thanks

Very cute image!! I love your site!!! I try to check it at least once a week, more if I can swing it. I love SCS, too!! So many talented people, so little time!!

Wonderful stamps. Thanks for the offering, very generous. I go blog hopping in general for inspiration and the talent out there is remarkable. great blog.

My favorite place is SCS, thanks...

Love the santa card. The place I get my inspiration is on the SCS gallery, I love looking at everyhting & then going to my room to decide how I am going to get the same look. I always change things up a little. I love the gallery!

Wow, Anna wonderful blog, wonderful blog candy. I linked you on my Blog......

Thanks for the chance to win....

Hugs
Heike

I love this image!!! And what a fabulous card you made!

I like the stampendous magazine for inspiration, and surfing the gallery at split coast stampers... :)

My favorite place is SCS - it has plenty of galleries to choose from and cal also lead to great blogs.

I love High Hopes and this Santa is no exception to their usual cuteness! I spend waaayyy too much time viewing blogs and I look at magazines, but my inspiration occurs in my brain. Odd, yes, but true! My brain just takes all that I look at and smooshes it around until something interesting pops up and that is my starting point. I really am not very good at using sketch challenges because what my brain has smooshed generally will not fit a sketch. Sometimes it works, but usually not.

Very cute card, I just love all of your designs. I like to browse the internet for ideas. Thanks for the opportunity to win some really neat candy.
Krista

I love this Santa! I get my inspiration from other bloggers and SCS's gallery. I also get inspired from the outdoors. I love your blog!

Like many people I love the inspiration on SCS, but I also have about 20 blogs that I try to visit daily. My favourite though is Lauren Meader's blog (http://laurenm.blogs.splitcoaststampers.com/) because she always has interesting and unique 3-d projects.

hmmmm.. first love the card.. it is just adorable! Lately I have been getting a lot of inspiration from http://poeticartistry.blogspot.com but there are so many places to go. I've also been getting a lot of inspiration from http://katharina1704.blogspot.com/

Happy Birthday

Cool Blog candy for your birthday how great is that..

Thanks for the chance to win..

What a cute Santa stamp. I love getting ideas from some of the foreign blogs. The things they do with colors and embellishments are so fun.

Wendy Peatross

Oh wow, great candy. Thanks for the chance to win. I post it on my blog.
I found my inspirations on so many great blogs an at SCS.
Hugs, Andrea

I often go to http://timholtz.typepad.com for inspiration or http://mirabyll.blogspot.com. I also check tutorials on http://www.rangerink.com Thanks for the blog candy offer. Hope you will have a great birthday.

First..Happy Birthday.
Finding inspiration comes from your blog and other blogs I visit. I do love magazines/book-type magazines for finding help too. And SCS is another site I love to visit for ideas.

Happy Birthday. I hope someone is making you a cake. My belief is that no one should have a birthday without a cake. I have just been paper crafting since the first of the year, so I get much of my inspiration by blog hopping, and just observing the world of beauty that is around me. I love all paper crafts, and love to learn new techniques of all kinds. I sure wish I had a head start on my Christmas cards this year. I love your Santa, My husband and 5 sons are big fisherman.

First off I love your blog. My two year old son loves to see all the pics of the animals. I love your cute cards also. I actually find inspiration from the outdoors. Like right now I am using lots of deep rich fall colors because the leaves are turning awesome colors right now where I love.

Fishing Santa is SO cute! I absolutely ADORE him!

My favorite place to find inspiration is all the wonderful blogs! They're an endless source of inspiration!!!!!

Love the fishing santa, especially on kraft paper. Thanks for the inspiration.

Great blog candy offer to, I get my inspiration from blog hopping, and generally follow links on peoples blogs and end up forgetting where I started Lol.!!

Your card is lovely, that Santa is great. One of my favourite blogs is by your DT member Inge at her Patterned Paper blog. She does the most amazing colouring.
Have a happy birthday.
Hugs Lynsey :)

Happy Birthday Hunnie...

These stamps are fantastic... hence the reason if I'm looking for inspiration I always tend to go to Ila's blog.. and have now found all of yours.

love Jo xx

Happy Birthday to you...
Happy Birthday to you!!!
Happy Birthday to yooooooooooooooouuuuuuuuuuu...
Happy Birthday to you!!

I just had my birthday for a whole week....what fun!! Your Santa is too cute!! My youngest son lives on a lake up in Michigan and he loves to fish. He is one of many in the family who would just light up at a card like this. I guess if I don't win it, I will have to buy it.....hehehehe
I love Blog hopping, and of course SCS for inspiration. As far as your blog, I love seeing what you do... and I love seeing all of your "babies" on the farm, your dogs and cats...........Heck I just love stopping by.
Hugs!!

First, let me tell you that everytime I see your chickens, I *smile*. They are simply adorable! As for my inspirational source? I love the magazine Cookie. In this month's edition, there is a section showing mommy/daughter fall and winter jackets. Okay, my daughter is almost nine, but she really, truely STILL lets me dress us in clothes that are similar. You should see the colors in this article...lots of terra cottas and dark oranges and olive greens and dark charcoals. Yumm-Oh!

Your Coloring is Sooooo Beautiful! I absolutely love this stamp. My brother is an avid fisherman. I am headed to Buy the stamp now. Wish I was half the artist that you are.
My inspiration comes from blogs, like yours and SCS. I also look at the gallerys from my favorite stamp suppliers....they always have the great Design team members art, and through that I have signed up to get about 20 different blogs delivered to me to look at. It's lovely!
Thanks again for all your inspiration.
Cynde

Anna,

Cute card. My favorite place for inspiration is decorating magazines. I get a lot of color combinations from there.

Robbie

Check most of the blogs on Papertrey and yours almost everyday, the ideas are so great. Your animal pictures are alway something to look forward to.

Great card, Anna. Santa looks like he's enjoying his "down time" before the big season! If I'm looking for a card on a particular theme (birthday, new baby, sympathy, etc.), I go to SCS for inspiration. And from those cards I usually find individual blogs - that's how I found yours! Ny thanks go out to you and all the other blogsters for sharing your creativity.

Okay, can I just tell you that your coloring ROCKS??? Good lord woman! That fishing Santa is AWESOME!!

Rock on with your bad self! LOL

Great stamp!
For my inspirations I turn to people like you, and many of the other bloggers out there who make beautiful handmade cards, I love to see all the tricks, techniques, layouts, etc. to get ideas for my own paper crafting!

What an adorable stamp, it reminds me of my girls' papa and him taking them fishing. What fun blog candy. I really get a lot of inspiration from looking at blogs, and most of the time just sitting down to work with what I have works best for me. Thanks for the chance to win :)

What a cute Santa! Thanks for offering him as a prize. I'd love to win him. I spend way too much time browsing lots of blogs and SCS. That's where I get so many ideas that I can't even begin to implement most of them, but it sure is fun to look!

Isn't that Santa just the cutest? And Paula...she is DA BOMB, absolutely!

I have a long blog roll, which includes yours, Anna and Paula Williamson's blog, Paper Possibilities. Along with these, I love Debbie Olson's Thinking Inking and Pickled Paper Designs by Amy Sheffer.

Such a cute card! I would love to win - thanks for the opportunity. I get a lot of inspiration from other blogs as well as from magazines - Real Simple, Lucky and catalogs - Pottery Barn.

Cute card!!! I get my inspiration from the SCS. I love using the challenges. Thanks for the chance to win!

Early birthday wishes to you! Have a wonderful day! Love the Santa stamp and card...would love to win the Blog Candy ;).
Thanks for the chance to win! I get my inspiration from several blog sites I visit with your's always being first! I love the simplicity of your cards and all the news and pics of the farm! Thanks!

Hi Anna!!!! Happy birthday to you early!!!! I am so in LOVE with the new release from High Hopes and anxiously waiting for my order!!!! I get my inspiration from SCS, such incredibly talented stampers!!! Thanks so much for a chance to win!!!!
Lori M in MN

My inspiration usually comes from the many blog updates I receive as well as SCS. There are just so many talented stampers out there that share their art!

How cute is that Santa!!! I would love to do some Christmas cards with him. My inspiration definitely comes from checking out blogs like yours on a daily basis! I also enjoy stamping with friends and sharing ideas while we are playing.

happy birthday, sweet miss daisy LOL srsly, happy b-day and many happy returns

thanks for the chance to win :)

I have daily blogs that I go to (yours being one of them :)) to get inspired from.. Then there's SCS if there's a specific stamp I need ideas for.. Thanks for the chance to win the candy! Love that Santa and the card!

I love to see you once again working with the Prismacolor pencils...they are my favorite! Your Fishin' Santa is adorable!
Have you caught that pesky racoon yet?

i love the fishing Santa stamp, with a few of my boys being fishing enthusiast this would be ideal. I tend to find inspiration by blog hoping. I start on one blog then follow the links on that one to another until I am not really sure where I started in the first place but the things I see along the way fill my head with thoughts of creativity of colour combinations and new techniques. I love it.

oh, I wish I could just color images as well as you do...I tend to take a perfectly good image and make a mess with it!! I guess I have a lot of practice ahead of me...

OMG.... this is just too cute. We are a fishing family. This would be perfect for my brother-in-law. I love it! I go to different blogs and splitcoast stampers for my inspiration. I am so happy that so many of you talented girls are willing to give me inspiration! Thanks...

I get my inspiration from blogs and Splitcoast. You are such a great designer and illustrator. Love, love, love your stamps at Whipper Snapper as well. Can't wait to get some. We too have a small ranch in Texas can't wait to move to in the next few years. Our caretaker watches our donkeys, but our latest spotted twins, Butter and Biscuit makes me wish I could take photos as well as your amazing photographs! Thanks for all you do and share!!

Love the Fishing Santa and the colouring done on the Kraft card. My husband and Dad both love fishing and this would be great for them. I get my inspiration from blogs (like yours) and also from SCS and sometimes colour combinations from the packets of things inthe shops.

Wow! I have so many favorites. I visit many blogs and get great ideas! hhmmmm I guess my new current favorite is my Originals Card Confidence book. Its a book full of templates. I'm really loving it!

http://michelledurheim.myctmh.com/WebSites/Templates/MyCTMH/Template1.aspx?PageID=153727&ItemID=4219

Your coloring is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Super idea to stamp the image on kraft. It really makes the white areas pop. Love the rosy cheeks and nose you gave him. So adorable!

I'm inspired by the talented stampers on SCS, blogs (like YOURS), and the outdoors. Today I was inspired by the fall chill in the air and the apple orchard we visited with all the pretty fall mums and pumpkins.

I'd have to say my favorite place is SCS's gallery... There are so many talented stampers to find in the one place.

Gorgeous coloring! I love your card! My Google Reader is where I find inspiration - I've subscribed to over 100 blogs! It takes less time to scroll through and see who has posted something fun and inspirational than it does to go to each and every address. Thanks for the chance! :o)

Hey there!!! I love this card! Your "coloring skills" blow me away! I find lots of inspiration from magazines that are crafty in nature but not "papercraft" mags...like Country Living or Martha Stewart...or Mary Engelbriet's mag...or Victoria.......or believe it or not, watching QVC sometimes...if Valerie Parr Hill is on with her decorating stuff....

Oh my gosh, is he ever cute! My husband is an avid fisherman! I would love to make this for him. My inspiration comes from the many creative bloggers like yourself out there that I follow on my google reader every day. I spend way too much time on these but I love it. Happy B-day.

I blog surf and check out splitcoast..........so many great ideas and so much creativity!!

My favorite inspiration finder is cakes or landscape pictures. I don't know what it is but both seem to give me great ideas. I love the fishing santa, he is on my wish list!

He is adorable, Anna! I love your coloring as always. What a great idea to color on kraft paper. I'm going to have to try that. I get most of my inspiration from blogs and the SCS gallery. There is just so much amazing work and creative artists out there. Hope you have a great birthday!

Wow! I love your cards and love to see the pics of your animals.'

Well, since my first post this morning was considered *spam* because I put in links, and it hasn't shown up as of yet, I'll try again :) Sorry about that.

Love your card, Anna!! That little guy is soooo cute and you gave him life with your gorgeous coloring!!!

I find inspiration here on *your* blog everyday! SCS site is another place I like to visit and I also like to visit with many talented bloggers but if I put in links - it's considered spam :(

my inspiration comes from blogs like yours,i'm very thankful for people like you who share their talents

My favorite spot for layout inspiration is cyberspace. I have about 15 blogs that I frequent. For color combination inspiration I like to thumb through catalogues. If I find a top or some bedding that I really like the look of, I usually like how it turns out on a card as well.

Fabulous Santa card & Happy Birthday soon! I receive inspiration from blogs.

I get a lot of inspiration from SCS, blogs, magazine ads, but especially: Quilting Magazines. Their color combinations, use of patterns, sewing, buttons and textures- just awesome! I always have a ton of post it notes sticking out from my quilting magazines...LOL and I haven't quilted in 7 years! :)
-Bev

My inspiration comes from blogs, and SCS. On occasion, I will use the colours from a patterned paper... No one source that is for sure. I LOOOOOVEEE that Santa! He is the cutest!
Thanks for the blog candy offer!
One day closer to you birthday!
Diane

Omigosh, the kids and husband would love this stamp! :)
Hm, although I would like to say I come here for inspiration, I can't. Coming here is like going to a museum. I am on SendMeRSS feed to Dawn's Stamping Thoughts and that's where I get alot of inspiration!

Just when I thought Santa could not get any cuter!. I just love your ideas. This card is just to cute! I just know that if I need some inspiration All I need to do is to check out your blog Anna Thanks so much!

Isn't he the cutest Santa?! I would love to win him. I find inspiration for stamping all over the place. I subscribe to lots of blogs. I visit Splitcoast stampers often. I subscribe to several stamping/card making magazines. I attend classes at local stores and attend several conventions each year. I am definitely an addict!!! LOL Thanks for the chance to win some great stamps.
PS
I love your farm updates, too! The kitties are adorable.

What a super cute card! Santa is just adorable! For inspiration, I love Splitcoast (in addition to many wonderful blogs)!

he's stinkin' adorable!

inspiration comes from just about everywhere! blogs (of course!!), scrapbook stores and websites of the companies that make the amazing products, magazines and catalogs...an unexpected source is clothing...my job involves serving the public so i see A LOT of people everyday...certain color combos, textures, jewelry, hats, etc. will inspire something that i do on a card or a scrapbook page.

What a darling Santa! Not to seem like a brown noser, but I check your blog everyday and sometimes even check back more with hopes that you've added something extra. I'm completely inspired by your fabulous coloring techniques and am intrigued by coloring with blending stumps, but have never tried. Thank you to YOU for all your inspiration. Oh and go ahead and pick me, hee hee.
Chris

Look forward to your blog.I alway check for your and Julie Ebersol's, and Lori Craig's. Not only do make great cards and so many neat photos of life on the farm (ranch) you always share tips or lets us know where to persue them..Thanks so much. MaryAnn

I find my inspiration by viewing great blogs like yours! Also, Splitcoaststampers. Now if I'd spend less time drowling over everyone else's cards and get to work on my own, I'd have a lot of completed projects instead of ideas!!!

Oh I would really love to win this blog candy -- I make so many fishing cards. I spend more time than I care to admit reading stamping blogs. I bet I read at least 20 a day -- possibly more. I save all the ideas I really like in a huge email file. I refer back to this folder each time I begin a new card. I only look at the inspiration -- I don't print it out because I don't want my card to be exactly the same -- I want to put some of myself into it. So it's all you wonderful, talented, creative bloggers who give me my inspiration.

I gawk and drool at blogs, like yours, when I need a bit of oompf to motivate my creativity. Your dolphin is beautiful. This chubby guy is super cute, too. I will tell you that I stamped the santa for my Christmas cards on kraft paper and highlighted him with a white gel pen LAST WEEK. Hello! Where have you been - out on chicken roundup??

Ooohhhhh geez louise!!!! Isn't he somethin'!!! Adorable!

I am mostly inspired by the many talented stampers at Splitcoaststampers and by many of my friend's blogs. This may be a duplicate, Anna and I am sorry if it is....but I don't think my first attempt worked. I love that darling fishing Santa.

I am inspired so much by the many talented stampers on Splitcoaststampers and many of my friend's blogs.

I just love this image, it would be perfect for all those men in my life that love fishing!! The way you watercolor and pain images is absolutely amazing, I wish that I did half as good of a job as you!! I get my inspirations from surfing blog sites...there are about 20 different ones that I love to look at to get my creative juices flowing, and you blog is definietly one I frequent often!! Keep those creative projects coming!! Thanks so much, Erin

How cute is this new High Hopes' Santa image :) I especially love their "baby animal" stamps that they launched back in the Summer.

For inspiration, I have several blogs that I try and refer to several times a week ~~ ok, who am I trying to kid, every day! haa! Anna, in all honesty I refer to yours constantly because of your gifted talent in drawing and painting. I always learn another shadow that perhaps I never would have noticed or another shade I could use in my colouring. And at times, how your simplistic, clean & simple layouts are breathtaking.
Plus, I adore your pictures and antics on the Farm~~ they always give me a laugh and a smile :) Thanks for inspiring me :0)
