It's about that time ... time for a little turkey! I was just looking at the calendar today and realized that Thanksgiving really is just next week! Where does time go!? Sure slips away...
I made this little 4x4 turkey card using Rosie's Roadshow pumpkins and Clifford the turkey. First I stamped the pumpkins, then masked them with a post-it note and stamped Clifford just behind them. The image is painted with watercolors and a water brush.
I used Stampin' Up's Sanded background for the detailing on the cardstock. That's a great stamp for subtle details. It's great on blank cardstock, and even great over some patterned papers to give them a worn look.
I think I'm going to go back to this card and write a sentiment...
It will read "who wants pie?"
