This new image by Stampendous is called Olivia's Sunflower. I think the images in this new line are just adorable!
Since this is called Olivia's Sunflower, I'm going to assume that the owl in this photo is Olivia. BUT! I painted it to be Ollie...and he's planning on giving this flower to Olivia. What a nice owl that Ollie is! *wink*
The circle images I used on the background are also by Stampendous. The sentiment is by A Muse. I don't think you can tell by the photo, but the owl layer is actually up on dimensionals for some depth. There's also a double line of faux stitching around the white layer that's hard to see in the photo as well. The tag is up on dimensionals too. Cute little A Muse sentiment, isn't it!?
I colored this image with watercolors and my aqua painter. I'd seriously be lost with out my aqua painter. It's just a brilliant invention. I'm going to be out of town next week and I'm going to take a few drawing supplies with me. The aqua painter will go with me for sure! Who knows... maybe I'll get some new stamp images drawn up for Whipper Snapper while I'm gone!
LOVE what you've created Anna! THRILLED I took the plunge and ordered prior to my visit! *wink* I bit the bullet on several of Stampendous' new "Ollie & Olivia" images! Thanks for the confirmation of a good thing! *wink*
Hugs,
Anne :)

wow anna,
thats why there are good stampers and "enabler-stampers"!!!!
i wish i just had half of your talent. those owls were not standing out to me on the stampendous website infact i thought they looked quite weirded with their eyes so "uneven sketched" but you make me want to buy them.
i know you have written a lot about how you color but one more question.
everytime i read in your supply list i noticed that you like to stamp on shimmery white paper and than color. do you watercolor on shimmery white? cz i tried it on the su one and i was not really happy with it. is the one you sell in your ebay store different or do you just not make your tip of the aquapainter as wet?
thanks....

Anna....! Darn you! I keep adding images to my wish list. This is the cutest thing and your coloring is spectacular. I have to hand it to you with that aqua painter. I cannot control the water..either too wet or too dry. I would love to know what inks you use for watercoloring???
